Let's get is started! Week 4 introduction

For this week, we are only going to cover one chapter.  Managers practice the art of getting things done.  Leadership is creating a vision for others to follow.  One person might be a good manager but not a good leader. Another might be a good leader without being a good manager.  Your goal is the be the best leader, whether you are paid for that job or not!!  Harry Truman said, "Leadership is the ability to get men to do what they don’t want to do and like it."  That is what this chapter is all about.
