Note this Change to In-Person Appointments

When you have an in-person appointment, you will go to the Success Center's front desk to ask if your student has checked in. If they have not, you can wait in the area near the front desk until your student arrives. If they have not arrived within 7 minutes, please return to your workstation. 

To ensure that you remember to greet your student at the front desk area, make sure you are refreshing your appointments page in Accudemia, especially since appointments can be made a few minutes in advance of starting. Front desk staff will no longer walk students back to tutors for in-person appointments, because this has caused the front desk to be unoccupied, which led to missed phone calls and students entering and exiting the Success Center without signing in or out in Accudemia.
